ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14 July 2015 and to accept the petitioner's offer so that the petitioner can make payments.

Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's aforestated representation has been considered and disposed of by the respondent bank and as such, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition as having become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "As the representation has been rejected by the bank on 11.09.2015, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Costs made easy.
