2. The petitioner has filed the writ petitions for the following two reliefs:- W.P.No.15264 of 2022 "to direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 02.05.2022 sent by the petitioner to affix notice board of the places in which works takes under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 within a stipulated time."
W.P.No.15273 of 2022 "to direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 02.05.2022 sent by the petitioner to take appropriate action against the fifth and sixth
respondents within a stipulated time."
3. The petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2022 sent to the first respondent in W.P.No.15264 of 2022 is yet to be receive attention. Likewise, the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2022 issued to the first respondent in W.P.No.15273 of 2022 has also not received attention of the first respondent. However, the relief is sought against the third respondent.
4. Considering the above, I am inclined to dispose of these writ petitions without expressing any opinion on merits by directing the third respondent to consider the respective petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2022 and dispose the same in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall send copy of the representation dated 02.05.2022 to the third respondent, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Needless to state, before passing such order, the petitioner as well as the fifth and sixth respondents in W.P.No.15273 of 2022, shall be heard.
6. The Writ Petitions stand disposed of in terms of the above observations. No costs.
