The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 15.05.2018 for transfer of patta and measuring the plot.
2. The petitioner is the owner of the plot in S.No.108/1, re-survey No.145/9 and states that property was allotted to him by way of partition among the family members in 1995 and he is paying the property tax for the same. The petitioner made several representations to the respondents to issue patta in his favour and in spite of several representations and the petitioner being ready to pay necessary charges for measuring the property, the respondents have not come forward to issue patta to him. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation finally on 15.05.2018 for measuring the land in question and to transfer patta in his name. Since the respondents have not taken any steps, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the fact that the said representation was made only on 15.05.2018 and the respondents have no serious objection for considering the said representation, the respondents are directed to consider the said representation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hear the petitioner and others concerned, if any and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
