This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In Crl.O.P.No.8876 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
