ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.541 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition to date without any default.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.10(b) of Crl.O.P.No.541 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent/Police on alternate days at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
