By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner was appointed as a Tamil Pandit at Government

Boys Higher Secondary School, Thittakudi, Cuddalore District on 08.12.2007 and she attained the age of superanuuation on 31.07.2015 and according to her, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1643, Education Department dated 27.10.1988, she is to be re-employed till the conclusion of the particular academic year. The petitioner in this regard has submitted a representation dated 18.07.2015 to the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent has also made recommendation to the third respondent, but however, the third respondent is yet to act and aggrieved by the same, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in similar facts and circumstances, this Court had entertained very many writ petitions and passed orders and hence prayed for appropriate relief.

4.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 08.07.2015 and 28.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
