Heard Mr.A.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the 3rd respondent, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioners as against the 3rd respondent are not gone into and it is left open to the official respondents to take note of the same. 2.The petitioners seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider their representation dated 08.12.2014 which has been submitted for grant of patta. It is stated that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter, there is no progress in the matter. 3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioners contentions, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to proceed further in the matter after issuing notice to the petitioner's as well as to all the 3rd respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
