ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to issue a Chitta and record the A-Register in favour of petitioner to the land situated in S.No.6/5 - 0.13.0 Ares, Murukkathal Village, Pudur Punganai Taraf, Uthagarai Taluk, Krishangiri District based on the representation dated 5.3.2026. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.03.2026 seeking for an issuance of a Chitta and record the A-Register in favour of petitioner in respect of the land situated in S.No.6/5 - 0.13.0 Ares, Murukkathal Village, Pudur Punganai Taraf, Uthagarai Taluk, Krishangiri District. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
