(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2021 seeking for grant of patta in his favour on the basis of proceedings of 2nd respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, an extent of 2 acres has been allotted to the petitioner under the urban land proceedings in the year 2018, and the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property. Thereafter, he has filed an application to grant patta in his favour on 24.08.2018. But, so far, his application was not considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
