ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue/Ms.Meenambikai aged 23 years.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the habeas corpus petition. The detenue/Ms.Meenambikai is also present in court and submitted that since she attained majority and she got married.
