Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, E-1, Mylapore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6333 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9085 of 2022 dated 12.05.2022 and pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KANDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6333 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9085 of 2022 on 12.05.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, E-1, Mylapore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
