This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.9239 of 2024 on 17.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerk Association, Ponneri, Kancheepuram Central Co-op.Bank Ltd., Ponneri-601 204, Thiruvallur District, A/c.717907005, IFSC-TNSC0010200 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below. All other conditions remain unaltered.
