ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to grant permission for conducting cultural program on 29.05.2019 at ArulmiguKannimarkaruppursamy Temple, Mylapuram, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the representation dated 18.05.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted representation to the respondent, seeking permission for conducting the cultural programme and the same is pending. Hence the petition.

4.In such case, the respondent/Police is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 24.05.2019 and inform the result to petitioner. 5.With this aforesaid direction, the writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
