C.M.P. No.10906 of 2020 in Tr.C.M.P. No.664 of 2019 T.RAJA,J.

The petition has been filed to restore the Tr.C.M.P. No.664 of 2019 which was dismissed for default on 18.08.2020 and to set aside the said order of dismissal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the matter was listed for hearing on 18.08.2020, the counsel on record could not appear through Video conferencing due to poor network connection. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition.

4.Since it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is no proper access for internet facilities and also considering the fact that the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. http://www.judis.nic.in
