When the matters came up for hearing on 16.03.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has given change of vakalat. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and list the cases on 24.03.2026. Accordingly, the matters are listed today by printing the name of the petitioner. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent would submit that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
