ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed by the wife in matrimonial proceedings before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, refusing permission to engage a counsel to appear on behalf of her. It is now stated by the learned
counsel for the petitioner that he himself is appearing for the same petitioner before the Court below and filed vakalat for appearing on behalf of her before the Family Court. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition, which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. is closed.
