This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to consider the Bail application of the petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest for the offence under SC/ST Act in Crime No.214 of 2024. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court that there should not be violation of mandate spirit of the Statute.
