against the judgement and decree dated 30.06.2015 made in A.S.No.224 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai reversing the judgement and decree dated 23.04.2010 made in O.S.No.2587 of 2002 on the file of the V Assistant Judge, Civil Civil Court, Chennai.
For Appellants : Mr.N.Srinivasulu For Respondent : Mr.L.Murali Krishnan JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that the dispute among the parties has been resolved amicably by entering into a joint memo of compromise. Therefore, the learned counsel for the parties would pray this Court that suit may be decreed in terms of the compromise. The said joint memo of compromise dated 14.11.2022 duly signed by the parties has been produced before this Court.
2. Both the parties along with their respective learned counsel, are also present before this Court.
3.In view of the compromise entered into by the parties having 2/4
settled their dispute amicably, the suit is decreed in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 14.11.2022 filed by the parties. 4.Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree.
