ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been preferred challenging the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvannamalai, in Crl.M.P.No.237 of 2025, thereby directing the third respondent to conduct enquriy on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, proceed further in accordance with law. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that as directed by the learned Magistrate, the third respondent conducted detailed enquiry and closed the complaint lodged by the petitioner as no offence is made out.
