Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a coolie worker and earning a meager sum and hence he is unable to donate Rs.5000/- and sought for modification of the said condition.

3. This Court is not inclined to modify the said condition. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that time may be given to the petitioner to donate Rs.5000/- as directed by this Court.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- and to execute the surety bond on or before 17.06.2016, as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7678 of 2016, dated 05.04.2016.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
