This petition is for extension of time granted for executing condition in Crl.O.P.No. 10321 of 2024, order dated 30.04.2024. 2.The learned Judge had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Fifty Lakhs only), in respect of each of the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of order. However, the order copy was made ready by this Court on 06.05.2024 and due to parliamentary election, he is not in a position to get the order copy. Therefore, he seeks extension of time to comply with the said order.

3. Considering the fact that the order copy was made ready by this Court on 06.05.2024, time is extended by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Fifty Lakhs only), in respect of each of the petitioners to the credit of Crime No.210 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from today (09.05.2024).
