ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that their foundation is the owner by virtue of a will dated 28.07.1972. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 08.12.2023 to the respondents. The second respondent sent a summon on 06.03.2024 for enquiry on 11.03.2024, despite the summons, enquiry has not been conducted. Hence, seeks direction.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church 2/4

and Kremmer Sandegran Foundation and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
