Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 22.01.2013 to the proposed seniority list of Junior Engineer (Electrical ) enclosed along with the notice of the 1st respondent dated 11.01.2013 bearing No.CMWSSB/P&A/STF/RA3/16548/2012-4 and pass orders on the same in accordance with law and on its merits and by directing the respondents not to prepare the panel and effect promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) till final seniority list of Junior Engineer (Electrical) is issued, in accordance with law and pass further orders.
