Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter of intent in Ref: CBEDO/RS/COCO Chengapalli dated 07.05.2021 on the file of the second respondent and the subsequent letter in Ref: CBEDO/RS/VP Selvaraja dated 01.07.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to continue the petitioner as a Service provider. This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the letter of intent dated 07.05.2021 issued by the second respondent as well https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the subsequent letter dated 01.07.2021 issued by the first respondent and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 permitting the petitioner to continue as a service provider.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has handed over the retail outlet to the authority concerned and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
