ORDER

Mr.N.Murali, learned counsel appears for the Administrator and Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appears for plaintiffs/respondents 1 and 2.

2. Mr.K.Sudalai Kannu, learned counsel for the applicant/7th defendant submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, a five-member committee ought to have been constituted and the members list has to be prepared by the learned Administrator.

3. Mr.N.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the Administrator submits that a members list is already prepared and filed before this Court, which finds place in the typed-set of papers and he also submits that the election is scheduled to take place on 30.05.2026.

4. The applicant who is the 7th defendant in the suit is filing objections after objections through different applications. According to the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs and the 3rd respondent/1st defendant, the 7th defendant / the applicant herein is obstructing the process of election.

Now, the election is notified and the Administrator is proceeding with the election. This application is devoid of merits, since the Administrator has finalised the members list and there is no question of interference once the election process has commenced.
