This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to implement the order dated 22.04.2013 made in W.P.No.7528 of 2012 passed by this Court by providing an under pass way for the safe crossing of Children of Saradha Metric & Higher Secondary School at Melkalavai Road, Sirikadambur Village, Gingee near the junction of cross road near TindivanamKrishnagiri Road Junction.

2. Heard, Mr.G.Ethirajulu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.Ameedius, Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, the learned counsel for respondents 1 & 3.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 3 submitted that the earlier order passed by this Court in WP.No.7528 of 2012 dated 22.04.2013 has been complied with.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 3, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
