ORDER

Though the prayer has been sought for by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 13.08.2015 with a consequential relief, it is not in dispute that there is arbitration clause governing the parties.

2. Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner is also informed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by letter dated 3.9.2015 that action is being taken for invoking arbitration clause and the details of Arbitral Tribunal will be intimated after completion of the process.

3. In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to complete the process of invoking arbitration clause as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
