ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the third respondent on the complaint dated 15.09.2020.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the FIR has been registered in Cr.No.916 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, and 506(ii) IPC as against the third respondent and four others and the investigation is pending.
