(CRIME NO.5 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 of the order in CRL.M.P.No.311 of 2022 in CRL.M.P.No.11570 of 2021 in Crl.OP.19505/2021 order dated 19.01.2022 that the petitioners shall appear monthly twice before the respondent police until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.311 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19505 of 2021 on 19.01.2022 to report before the respondent police monthly twice until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
