(CRIME NO.241 OF 2022) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Relax the condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30am until further orders imposed in Para No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11905 of 2022 dated 19/05/22. (CRL.MP.NO.8303/2022) (ii)Relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court on 19/05/2022 in CRL.OP.NO.11264/2022 as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further order and pass any other orders.(CRL.MP.NO.8306/2022)
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner [CRL.MP.NO.8303/2022 IN CRL.OP.NO.11905/2022] and of M/S.M.PALANIMUTHU,Advocate for the petitioner [CRL.MP.NO.8306/2022 IN CRL.OP.NO.11264/2022]and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH PETITIONS]the court made the following order:- These petitions has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.11905 & 11264 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3.
