O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.No.1338/CCB/COP/ Visitors/2024 dated 07.10.2024 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police for investigation of the complaint based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2024 by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that already enquiry in the petitioner's complaint was conducted in current paper dated 07.10.2024 and the same was closed on 21.04.2024.

In view of the above submission, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this criminal original

petition is dismissed.
