ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner against the order of the third respondent Revenue Divisional Officer cum Sub Collector dated 2.8.2013 with respect to cancellation of patta No.290 in Kallanamtham Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District which stands in the name of Chellaperumal son of Ramasamy Gounder.

2. It is stated that aggrieved against the orders of the third respondent, the husband of the writ petitioner filed a revision before the second respondent. It is stated that the said Revision is still pending.

3. The writ petitioner may give a fresh copy of the said Revision submitted before the second respondent. If the said petition is pending, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the same on or before 30.9.2021. If such petition has not been filed, then no order can be passed and non filing of application may be intimated to the writ petitioner herein.
