This writ petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to expeditious the proceedings initiated by him with regard to the illegal entry made in the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's husband dated -07.2023 by considering the old-age of the petitioner within a time period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died. In view of the same, no legal heirs have come forward with substitution petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
