2. The grievance of the petitioners is that on the guise of enquiry, the petitioners have been constantly called https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for enquiry and harassed by the respondent police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that one T.Mohan is the accused in Crime No.466 of 2019 and Crime No.147 of 2021 and both the cases are murder offence under Section 302 IPC and the whereabouts of the said T.Mohan is not known. The petitioners being the father and brother of the said T.Mohan, they were called for enquiry to find the whereabouts of T.Mohan, who involved in a murder under Section 302 IPC. Hence, the enquiry cannot be termed as harassment.
4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to allow these Criminal Original Petitions and hence, these petitions are dismissed.
