O R D E R

Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st and 2nd respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the notice issued to the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 16.08.2017 in respect of the dispute with regard to the issuance of patta.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents.

4. It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuant to such notice, the petitioner has already appeared and has also given his explanation. When such being the position, I do not think that the petitioner can challenge the very notice itself as the date of enquiry is already over and he has also appeared. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the appropriate forum, if any adverse order is passed against him by the authorities concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
