Comp.A.Nos.124 & 125 of 2023 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY.J, Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not pressing these applications in view of the fact that the property over which the applicant claims title has not been included in the relevant auction sale notice.

Therefore, these applications are closed as not pressed by granting leave to the applicant to challenge the auction sale notice if the property over which the applicant asserts title is brought for auction sale in future.
