This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: After making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this application with liberty to agitate all the issues before the Execution Court and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate all the issues before the Execution Court.
