(Crime No. 2 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition no. 6(ii) that the petitioner shall report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the first petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4449 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No. 7951 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition no. 6(ii) that the petitioner shall report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the first petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4449 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No. 7951 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail on 28.05.2020 and subsequently, based on the modification petitions filed by the petitioners, the condition No. 6(ii) has been modified to appear before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner has been complying the said condition for the past 13 days without any default. Hence, seeks modification of the aforesaid condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP.No.4449 of 2020 in Crl.OP. No. 7951 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur on every Monday at 10.30.a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court on 28.05.2020 remains unaltered.

With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
