The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent-Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 332, 353, 506(i) IPC and Section 3 (1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Crime No.3634 of 2015 on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, there shall be a direction to the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner, along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day, on merits, and pass appropriate orders.
