ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not returning his original X Standard Mark Sheet.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent fairly submitted that the original X Standard Mark Sheet of the petitioner will be handed over tomorrow i.e., on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

06.10.2015 morning, if the petitioner comes along with his father.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be present along with his father before the 2nd respondent on 06.10.2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to be present along with his father at about 10.30 a.m. on 06.10.2015 pursuant to which, the 2nd respondent shall return the original X Standard Mark Sheet of the petitioner.
