Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The petitioner had addressed his complaint against one Manjula to the District Superintendent of Police, the Deputy Superintendent of Police and the Inspector of Police and the same was forwarded to the second respondent.

2.Pursuant to the complaint, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry on 03.07.2021, by issuing notice to the petitioner. Now, the petitioner termed it to be into an harassment, hence, it is a false case by casting aspersion on the police. The police are contemplating the enquiry on the complaint.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication and it seems that there is no harassment done by the respondents/police, hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
