ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police assistance to the petitioner for the peaceful enjoyment of the property bearing Survey Numbers 397/2B, 396/1A, 396/1B and 396/3 measuring 0.70, 1.08, 1.17 and 0.15 acres respectively, situated at Kuppathy Village, Kuppatty Taraff, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner, that he had obtained a decree in OS.No.23 of 1994 from the District Munsif Court, Denkanikottai in his favour against one Yagappa and despite the said decree, the said Yagappa and his sons are causing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disturbances to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner had given a representation to the respondents seeking police protection and thereafter, filed the present writ petition with the above prayer.

3. This is the case of the year 2013 and since then, much water has flown under the bridge.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent police as and when there is any disturbance from the opposite party. In the event of the petitioner submitting a complaint, the 2nd respondent police shall call both the parties, conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
