Prayer in W.P.No.28897 of 2015: Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorari to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.5606/ne2/2015, dated 04.09.2015, on the file of the respondent No.3, relating to enable the petitioner's appearance before the Medical Board for testing the petitioner disability at Thiruvarur Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur, on 14.09.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

Prayer in W.P.No.30892 of 2015: Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorari to call for the entire records connected with the impugned Charge Memo in Na.ka.No.5606/Ne.2/2013, dated 23.09.2015, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the same, both the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
