PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to furnish a copy of the Award dated 16.12.2013 in Na.Ka.No.327/2010/A1 in respect of the land in S.No.141/412, Neelambur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, within a reasonable time framed as fixed by this Court and pass orders. ORDER
Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that a copy of the Award dated 30.12.2013 [ROC 327/2010 (Award No.38/10)] has been furnished. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submits that liberty may be given to file necessary petition for enhancement of compensation, in accordance with law.
