O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case in compliance with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.378 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 and further to direct the respondent file a first information report.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.378 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 passed under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C to register the case, the respondent police has not registered the case.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the order copy of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle, Chennai was not yet received by the respondent police. However, the respondent police will comply with the order passed by the learned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
