This petition has been filed to relax the condition that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 p.m. until further orders", imposed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.9261 of 2025 dated 28.03.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.6(b) that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 p.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9261 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025 is relaxed in toto.
