The respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal have applied for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that C.W.1 is being examined. He seeks extension of the mandate by one year from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The application is allowed on these terms. 21.04.2026 mmi
