S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Writ Petition has been filed to grant leave without escort for 60 days to the petitioner's husband having badge No.10900, Central Prison,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the order dated 27.07.2022, wherein the request of the petitioner had been considered and the petitioner's husband has been granted leave for 40 days instead of 60 days as the petitioner's husband is entitled leave only for a period of 40 days .
