ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court considered the entire merits of the case and dismissed the bail petition by order dated 11.04.2019. This Court is not able to see any change in circumstances and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that till now 46 witnesses have been examined and the trial is proceedings on a day to day basis and the entire proceedings will be completed in another four week. 2.
This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage and consequently, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
