ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The encroachment against which the petitioner made the grievance at Selvanathan street and Manoharan street in Chetpet, Chennai-31, is stated to have been removed, as per the learned counsel for the Corporation of Chennai.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and it shall be ensured that there is no re-encroachment of the area.
